We are so sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful lady, & even though I'm a little too young to remember going to Ashtabula, my brothers tell me what fun times they were that you all shared. I'm thankful that God made it possible for my brother Dale & I to go yesterday to pay our respects to all of your family. May God give you & all the family peace and comfort as only HE can.

My thoughts and prayers go to Larry and Jean's family. Jean was like the Mr. Rodgers of our neighborhood. Jean babysat for my daughters and taught them so many wonderful things. She taught them about nature and how to identify birds and even make specific bird sounds. She took them for hikes in the woods and wagon rides to town to the library and Golden Dawn. My daughter told me today that she has so many wonderful memories of Jean. She will be missed by me, my daughters and so many others. God bless her and keep her in His care.

My first encounters with Jean were at Bazaar workshops. She was such a promoter of the Bazaar, and I was sorry when it was over. Prayers for strength, comfort, and peace to the family. Jean will be missed by many, but leaves lots of good memories.

Jean was a beautiful soul who will be so greatly missed. I will cherish all the special memories I have of her: yummy Thanksgiving dinners that she got up at 4 am to get on the table by noon, beautiful little works of art she created every Christmas, cabbage rolls, dill dip, balesh, yum!, how she could rock any baby to sleep, her lovely smile and infectious laughter, and so many more. Love you always Aunt Jean.
