Michael Ray Stapleton

Michael Ray Stapleton, 59, passed away on October 2, 2021 at University Hospital Geneva Medical Center in Geneva, Ohio.

He was born on June 4, 1962 in Geneva, the son of Bill and Marie (DuBois) Charlton.

Michael graduated from Geneva High School in 1980.

He enjoyed watching Western movies, reading, fishing and riding with his “bike buddies”.

Michael is survived by his mother, Marie Charlton, his son, Cory Stapleton, his siblings: Brenda Hall, Sandra Stapleton and Steve Charlton, his grandchildren, Savanah and Hunter Stapleton, his nieces: Tasha (Mike) Andrews, Jamie Hall and Sonia Green, his uncle, David DuBois and his cousin, Ricky Sweeney.

He is preceded in death by his father and his brother, Jerry DuBois.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Fleming Billman Funeral Home in Geneva, 323 S. Broadway Street with a funeral service to immediately follow at 1:00 p.m.
