James Arthur “Art” Kula, age 79 of Richmond Twp., died Sunday evening at the Austinburg Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born February 27, 1941 in Cleveland, the son of Rudolph & Rita Ann (Dodash) Kula and has resided in this area the past 16 years coming from Chardon. Art is a retired employee of Metal Craft in Chardon.
His hobbies included fishing and his motorcycles, owning a Shovelhead. He was also a World War II enthusiast with much memorabilia and built models of the military equipment, more so the German equipment.
Survivors include three children, Jeff Chalmers, Brian Kula & Pamela Petric; two sisters, Elaine Trask & Kay Taylor and many nieces and nephews.
His parents; wife, Margaret and brothers, Rudolph & Robert preceded him in death.
