Donna Lou Eskew, 82 of Ashtabula died Sunday at the home of her daughter after a long illness. She was born November 20, 1937 in Ashtabula the daughter of Homer and Vera (Platt) Fink.
She was a graduate of Pierpont High school and had worked for Reliance Electric until her retirement.
She was a member of the Reliance Retirees and had been an avid golfer. She and her husband spent many winters in Florida. Surviving her is her four children, Cindy (Robert) Buckhartte of Ashtabula, Tammy (Dennis) Bowman of Conneaut, Lynne Kinnison of Ashtabula, and Gene (Sandra) Carpenter of Ashtabula and ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her parents; her second husband, Ben McVey and her third husband Bill Eskew.
Private services were held with burial in Greenlawn Memory Gardens in North Kingsville. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
