Christopher L. Hinger

Christopher L. Hinger, age 61, Lenox Twp., died unexpectedly Monday afternoon at his residence.

He was born December 19, 1958 in Ashtabula, the son of Jack & Dolores (Dietrich) Hinger and has been a resident of this area all of his life.  Christopher is retired from the Ashtabula County Engineer’s Dept., where he was the lift bridge operator more than 25 years.

Chris was a member of the Lenox Christian Fellowship Church, past member of the NRA and was president of the Lenox Gun Club.  He enjoyed shooting and target practice and taking his “Pinky Deville”, his rebuilt 1980 Cadillac DeVille for rides.

Chris is survived by a sister, Laurelee Hinger of Jefferson.  His parents, Jack & Dolores preceded him in death.
