Blake Ella Tapia

Blake Ella Tapia, 23 days old, passed peacefully in the loving arms of her parents on October 1, 2021 at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies’ and Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.

Blake was born early at 24 weeks gestation on September 8, 2021, in Cleveland, the daughter of Tony and Julia (Kibler) Tapia.

Blake gave us a lifetime of love during her short time here on earth. Her life was a brief gift to us that will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.

Blake is survived by her loving family, her parents, Tony and Julia, her adoring big sister, Kassie Marie Tapia, her maternal grandmother, Sharon (Robert) Zimmer, her paternal grandparents, Alex and Carolyn Tapia, her aunts and uncles: Terence (Heather) Hunt, Alex (Nikki) Tapia, Allison Tapia, Dylan Wilson, Morgan, Veronica and C.J. Kibler.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Christopher Kibler, her eight great grandparents and her big brother, Mason William Tapia.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2021, from 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at 4:00 p.m. at the Fleming and Billman Funeral Home, 323 S. Broadway Street, Geneva, Ohio.
