James A. Resk, age 56, St. Rt. 307, Harpersfield Twp., died Sunday morning at the University Hospitals in Cleveland.
He was born July 12, 1961 in Madison, the son of Richard J. Perkowski and Rose Marie Ulatowski and has resided in the Geneva area more than 20 years, coming from Cleveland. James was employed with Republic Lead in Cleveland before taking disability retirement. His pastime’s included assembling model ships and decorating for the holidays.
He is survived by three children, Shaun A. Resk of Harpersfield Twp., James J. (Danielle) Resk of Madison & Gage M. Hill of Harpersfield Twp.; seven grandchildren; three siblings, Timothy J. (Darlene) Perkowski of Rock Creek, his twin, Arthur F. Resk of Saybrook Twp. & Michelle A. (Scott) Kuchar of Rock Creek and several nieces and nephews.
James was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Shaun Matthew Resk in infancy; a sister, Mary T. Witkowski and a brother, Richard J. Perkowski.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6-8 P. M. at the Geneva Home of Fleming & BIllman Funeral Directors and Crematory, 323 S. Broadway, Geneva. No additional services will be held.
