Elizabeth Theresa (Skufka) Teresk

Elizabeth T. Teresk, age 93 formerly Murray Ave., Ashtabula, died early Wednesday morning at the Lantern of Saybrook.

She was born February 25, 1926 in Plymouth Twp., the daughter of Anthony & Elizabeth (Diemer) Skufka and has been a lifelong area resident.  Elizabeth was married to Walter F. Teresk on April 7, 1945 at St. Joseph Calasanctius Church in Jefferson.

She is a member of St. Joseph Calasanctius Church, she was a great cook and enjoyed her flower gardens and doing lawn work.

She is survived by three daughters, Barbara J. Teresk of Ashtabula, Judith A. (James) Denslow of Ft. Lauderdale, FL & Diane M. (Ronald) Pendleton of Santa Fe, NM, two granddaughters, Tiffany & Tracy and a great-granddaughter, Olive.

A memorial mass will be held Thursday, 5/23/19 at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Calasanctius Church, 32 E. Jefferson St., Jefferson with the Rev. Fr. John Ettinger officiating.  Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery.
