Barbara Jean (McEndree) McCullough

Barbara J. McCullough, age 77, passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019 after a lingering illness.

She was born November 30, 1941 in Ashtabula, the daughter of the late Algie & Eleanor (Harback) McEndree.  Barbara was a 1959 graduate of Ashtabula High School.  She married Lawrence “Larry” L. McCullough on March 26, 1994 at Harris Memorial Presbyterian Church in Ashtabula.

Barbara was a retired school secretary from the Buckeye Local Schools.  She also had many years of banking experience and was a member of the national service/social sorority, Beta Sigma Phi.  She will be dearly remembered as a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.  Barbara was very devoted to her family and loved to cook, bake and entertain.

She is survived by her husband, Larry; children, Randy (Lisa) Jackson & Lori (John) Avsec; grandchildren, R. J. Jackson, Jennie Avsec, Drew (Brianne) Avsec & Jacob Avsec and great-grandson, Levi Rantamaki, who she loved very much.  Barb is also survived by step-children, Bret (Karla) McCullough, Bart (Karen Landsman) McCullough, Greg (Kari) McCullough, Tammy (Michael) Peri & Mark (Teri) McCullough; step-grandchildren, Brock (Hannah), Bionca, Breonna, Jake, Leah, Natalia & Andrea McCullough, Jennifer Gedeon and Sara & Alex Peri; brother, Algie (Linda) McEndree; many nieces and nephews and a special cousin, Bill (Barty) Harback.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 AM at Oakdale Cemetery in Jefferson with the Rev.
